The Archive action is now available when the simulator run destination is selected. You may have questions such as: Do I have the option to use Xcode for Windows 10. Xcode 15 supports on-device debugging for iOS 12 and later, tvOS 12 and later, and watchOS 5 and later. Windows OS, then here is a detailed way on how to install Xcode onWindows 7 and 8/8.1 and Windows 10 pC.Xcode App Development KitXcode is an application. Xcode 15 supports developing apps for iOS 17, iPadOS 17, tvOS 17, watchOS 10, macOS 14. Xcode 15 includes everything you need to create amazing apps for all Apple platforms. Macs are expensive, but if you want to develop on Apple platforms you kind of have to s u c k it up and buy one.Xcode is the complete developer toolset used to create apps for Apple TV, Apple Watch, iPad, iPhone, and Mac. Interestingly I recently read a blog post by a well known dev that built himself a Hackintosh, not sure if its being used a development machine or was just for fun. I think I remember someone telling me in some countries Apple's terms of service may not be enforceable on this, but I don't know if that's true or not. So yeah.the answer is this.technically you can run macOS on non-Apple hardware but you are violating Apple's terms of service. If Apple chooses to enforce its rules, they may kick you out of the dev program and you will have wasted your time. Maybe they will notice that you are not on Mac and turn a blind eye, but then again, maybe they won't. Maybe you'll get away with it by running macOS on a virtual machine, maybe you won't. An IDE integrates a lot of tools that a developer can use to help them write code, like automatic code completion, version control support, syntax highlighting, debugging, compiling, and more. If you plan on developing for the platform officially (submitting apps to the App Stores) I recommend you invest in a Mac. Xcode is an integrated development environment, or IDE, that Apple designed specifically for Mac OS X. For me editor with autocomplete and very good formating style on first place. requirements: This IDE must have perfect autocomplete. If you do, you basically are going rogue. I'm searching good IDE like xcode for Windows ( xcode is IDE with best autocomplete only for Mac ). How can I open and view my Xcode project on Windows in the same manner as in Xcode Note: I dont want to compile or debug my project, all I want is to open and view the project in a editor which gives me some basic feature like syntax highlighting and organized source code and resources. You can't officially run macOS (and by extension Xcode) on non-Apple hardware. It is unless you are running it in a virtual machine on a Mac (which is not a solution for the poster).
